Equip is an AI-powered deal intelligence platform for B2B sales teams. It is operated by Luke Sharpe, sole trader (ABN registered), based in Australia. This policy covers all personal information collected through the Equip platform and related services.

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and company name. This information is provided directly by you during registration.

Billing information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Equip does not store your card number, expiry date, or CVC. We receive limited billing details from Stripe (such as the last four digits of your card and billing address) to display in your account settings.

Usage data

We collect data about how you use Equip, including pages visited, features used, deal data you enter, and AI queries you make. This helps us improve the product and provide better insights.

Integration data

If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail via OAuth, Equip accesses calendar events and email metadata relevant to your deals. This integration is optional and requires your explicit consent. You can disconnect these integrations at any time.

Device and technical data

We collect standard technical information through server logs, including IP address, browser type, and device type. This data is used for security, debugging, and service improvement.
