Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Equip.

1. Overview

Equip is an AI-powered deal intelligence platform for B2B sales teams. It is operated by Luke Sharpe, sole trader (ABN registered, Australia).

By creating an account or using Equip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Equip.

3. Subscription and billing

Equip is a paid subscription service with per-seat pricing, billed either monthly or annually. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. Charges begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Prices may change with at least 30 days’ written notice via email. Existing subscriptions will be honoured at the current rate until the end of the billing period in which the notice is given.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings page or the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly plans: No partial refunds for unused time.

Annual plans: A pro-rata refund is available if you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription. After 30 days, no refund is provided.

Equip uses AI (powered by Anthropic) to generate deal intelligence, recommendations, and analysis. These outputs are suggestions only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for any decisions made using AI-generated content. Equip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.

7. Intellectual property

Equip owns all rights to the platform, its code, design, and branding. You retain full ownership of the data you upload to Equip.

By using Equip, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service to you. Your data is used to generate AI insights for your account only — it is never shared across accounts or used to train AI models.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of Equip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You can request to export or delete your data at any time by contacting support@equipdeals.com.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Equip available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Equip’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Equip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion via support@equipdeals.com.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Equip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
